Yes. We do not offer online enrollment because every membership is custom-priced based on your home's square footage, tree coverage, roof pitch, and which exterior cleaning services make sense for your specific property. Mid-Level and Full-Care members lock in 2026 pricing through 2029 for all services scheduled under the membership. Industry-wide exterior cleaning pricing has risen 15-20% over the last three years; the price lock protects members from any increases for the duration of the agreement. The lock applies to scheduled services within the membership and to add-on services billed at member-rated pricing.

Memberships are billed annually. You can cancel before the next renewal date without penalty. Mid-cycle cancellation is handled case-by-case — services already delivered are billed at standard one-time rates, and any prepaid balance for services not yet delivered is refunded. The 3-year price lock applies as long as the membership is active; canceling early ends the lock.

If your new home is in our service area (Snohomish County and parts of King County), the membership transfers with you at the same tier — we re-quote based on the new home's specs and adjust pricing accordingly. If you move outside our service area, we issue a prorated refund for services not yet delivered.

Yes. Every membership tier includes a discount on additional services: 10% for Entry-Level, 15% for Mid-Level, and 20% for Full-Care. So if you add a one-time pressure washing or window cleaning visit outside your scheduled services, you pay member-rated pricing plus your tier's discount. Just call (360) 302-2209 to add a visit anytime.

You can upgrade or downgrade at the annual renewal. Mid-year tier changes are possible if your needs change significantly — for example, you add solar panels and want to include solar panel cleaning in your annual schedule. We re-quote and prorate at the change date.
