What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
+
Soft washing uses low pressure (similar to a garden hose) with specialized cleaning solutions to kill organisms at the root. Pressure washing uses high water pressure for hard surfaces like concrete. We use soft washing for roofs, siding, and other delicate surfaces, and pressure washing only for hard surfaces like driveways and patios.
Roof CleaningView service details →
Will pressure washing damage my roof?
+
High-pressure washing can absolutely damage roofs by stripping granules from shingles and forcing water under them. That's why we never use high pressure on roofs. Our soft-wash roof cleaning method uses low pressure combined with specialized cleaning solutions that do the work. It's safe for all roof types and far more effective than pressure washing.
How often should I have my roof cleaned in the Pacific Northwest?
+
We recommend professional roof cleaning every 2–3 years to prevent moss buildup and extend your roof's life. Homes in heavily shaded areas or under trees may need more frequent cleaning — annually in some cases. Our Premium service with the 2-year warranty is ideal for ongoing maintenance.
How much does roof cleaning cost?
+
Starting at $299 for homes up to 1,500 sq ft. Pricing scales with home square footage and service tier. We offer three tiers: Base (debris blow-off, gutter cleaning, zinc strip), Pro (adds soft-wash treatment), and Premium (adds manual moss removal and 2-year warranty). Is roof cleaning safe for all roof types?
+
Yes! Our soft-wash method is safe and effective for asphalt shingles, cedar shakes, metal roofs, tile roofs, and composite materials. We customize our approach, pressure settings, and cleaning solutions for each roof type.
Gutter CleaningView service details →
How often should I have my gutters cleaned?

In the Pacific Northwest, we recommend gutter cleaning at least twice per year — once in late fall after leaves drop and once in spring. Homes with many overhanging trees may need quarterly cleaning. Our membership program offers scheduled cleanings so you never have to remember.
How much does gutter cleaning cost?

Pricing is based on your home's square footage, starting at $249 for homes up to 1,500 sq ft and scaling up from there. Three-story homes over 3,500 sq ft have a $35 surcharge. We provide exact pricing during your free quote. Military and senior discounts available.
Do you work on homes with gutter guards?
+
Yes! Even homes with gutter guards need periodic gutter maintenance. We blow off debris and flush downspouts to ensure everything is draining properly. We can also install ProGuard gutter protection at $11.99 per foot.
What’s included in the Gutter Care upgrade?
+
For just $69 more, Gutter Care adds a light blow off around gutters, hand-scooping of heavy debris, downspout unclogging, tightening of loose gutter hangers, and debris hauling. It's perfect for homes that need a little extra attention. See full details on our gutter cleaning service page.

What surfaces can you pressure wash?

Solar Panel CleaningView service details →
